The Lights I Promised You is about the dissonance in finding beginnings in a world of endings. Manann, a widowed artisan, is set asea to witness the Aurora Australis, a place of significance to fulfill a promise to his late partner he was not able to keep. This journey is represented through a side-scrolling click-and-point gameplay of Manann's daily life on the boat. Time passes through doing necessary chores to keep the ship moving, and having conversations with his late partner's ghost - an unexpected passenger.
This is an early demo showcasing the art, mood, characters and story of the game. We're currently planning for a crowd funding campaign later this year and full release of the game first half of next year!

It'll be a compressed file, you will need to extract all. Then click on 'ghost hour' in the folder and it'll start the game.
